Star Wings of Germany has received its Citation CJ3 full flight level D simulator at its training facility in Dortmund. It will now initiate qualification test guides and staff training. “This simulator gives us the opportunity not only to conduct zero flight time type ratings and all relevant check flights, but also to carry out the requisite upset prevention and recovery training and ACAS II education,” says training manager Frank Achner. “We hope that we can achieve EASA certification by the end of the summer.”

The arrical of the TRU Simulation + Training simulator will make Star Wings the only provider of CJ3 FFS training in Europe.
