NetJets supports growing fleet with BE1900D
NetJets Europe is due to take delivery of a Beechcraft 1900D, which has been configured for both passenger and cargo missions. The aircraft will be used to support the company's growing fleet, by transporting flight crews, service technicians and spare parts to aircraft operating throughout Europe.

NetJets Europe is due to take delivery of a Beechcraft 1900D, which has been configured for both passenger and cargo missions.

The aircraft will be used to support the company's growing fleet, by transporting flight crews, service technicians and spare parts to aircraft operating throughout Europe.

Bill Kelly, ceo of NetJets Transportes Aereos (NetJets Europe's operating company), commented: "The purchase of the Beechcraft demonstrates our continued investment in our fleet, and in the exceptional service we provide all our customers.

"By acquiring an aircraft solely to support our crews and service technicians, we are ensuring that we can respond to every eventuality as efficiently as possible. As our fleet continues to grow, so does our responsibility to keep it flying."

The purchase of the BE1900D follows the company's landmark signing of it's 1,000th customer (see EBAN's April issue), marking impressive growth since the beginning of 2002, when it had just 89 clients on its books.

Last year NetJets Europe attracted almost 400 new clients to its fractional ownership and block charter hour card programmes.

Mike Scheidt, president of Raytheon Airline Aviation Services, added: "We are proud to have NetJets, the European leader in private aviation, as a customer and that we've been able to meet their rigourous requirements for aircraft performance and quality."
