Bombardier tasks DART with aircraft recorder data downloading
Using DART will significantly reduce the time it takes Bombardier service centres and mobile response teams to provide data removed from the aircraft to the analyst or technical services team.

Bombardier has selected KGB Aviation Solutions's DART (Digital Acquisition Ruggedised Tool) for the downloading and channelling of data from Flight Data and Cockpit Voice Recorders, including Datalink messaging. DART will be used by Bombardier service centres and mobile response teams, taking advantage of its ability to significantly reduce the time it takes to provide data removed from the aircraft to the analyst or technical services team.

“We are honoured to have Bombardier place the trust in our product and people to deliver process improvement through our innovation in technology. Our company culture is customer-focused, and we look forward to the immediate benefits to Bombardier and its customers that our DART device will produce,” says KGB co-founder and president Maria Balys.

Headquartered in New York, KGB designs, develops and manufactures aircraft Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) data downloading devices, and associated FDR/CVR and Datalink data analysis and reports.
