FlightSafety sales look rosy under Posey
Michele Posey has been a valued member of the FlightSafety team since 1998 and senior VP of sales and marketing Steve Gross says that she is very deserving of this promotion to executive director of sales.
Experienced Michele Posey has great leadership skills.

FlightSafety International has appointed Michele Posey as executive director, sales. In this new role, she will oversee FlightSafety's team of regional sales managers and directors, and is responsible for business aviation sales activities in North America.

“Michele is most deserving of this promotion,” says senior VP of sales and marketing Steve Gross. “Our business aviation customers appreciate and value her ability to develop and tailor training solutions that meet their specific needs. Michele also has the skills and experience required to lead our outstanding team of sales professionals.”

Posey has been a valued member of the FlightSafety team since 1998, and has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility since then. They include marketing assistant, office manager, relationship manager, marketing associate, regional marketing representative, regional marketing manager and assistant director of sales. She most recently served as director of sales.
