TAG Aviation's Farnborough maintenance services centre (TFMS) has appointed Steve Bull as customer support director. He will be responsible for all aspects of customer support contact and will oversee TFMS's dealer- ship agreements.

The former commercial department has now changed its title to customer support department. “This transition comes at a time when the department is expanding,” says MD and VP of maintenance operations Cyrille Pillet. “In addition to the welcome expertise of Steve to our frontline team, we have also appointed a new customer support manager, further reinforcing our interface with customers. The handover process will be completed imminently.”
