RUBAA urges business aviation to harness media
If a business aviation company does not interact with the media, this probably indicates hidden internal flaws such as poor service or inappropriate levels of staff training, and has a negative impact on the efficiency of the company.

If a business aviation company does not interact with the media, this probably indicates hidden internal flaws such as poor service or inappropriate levels of staff training, and has a negative impact on the efficiency of the company.

This was the conclusion of a round-table meeting 'Media and business aviation' hosted by the Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA). The round-table discussion gathered representatives of the Russian media specialising in business aviation.

"In this age of information technology, companies need to communicate with the public through the media," says Alexei Korolev, analyst at Upcast Media agency. The only exceptions, he says, may be the private companies that work for just one client.

"If a company works on the open market and avoids contact with the media, sooner or later it will affect the efficiency of its activities," Korolev adds.
