Steeves joins as an independent non-executive director, having founded and built up Synergy Health, the FTSE 250 outsourcer. Established in 1991, the company was worth UK£1.4 billion by the time of its takeover in October 2015. Medley, the company's current COO and formerly of BAE Systems, has been working alongside chief executive Marwan Khalek to improve the performance of the business internationally.
