CAE and Abu Dhabi Aviation Training Centre (ADATC) have launched a new Embraer ERJ145 pilot training programme with Abu Dhabi operator Falcon Aviation. CAE and ADA are to deliver training to Falcon Aviation's pilots and other regional operators at ADA's brand-new training facility in Abu Dhabi in the first half of 2018.

As part of the programme, pilots will train on the new CAE 7000XR series full-flight simulator (FFS) equipped with CAE Tropos-6000XR visual systems.

“After months of development, it is gratifying to officially kick-off this new training programme and to support Falcon Aviation and our other customers' pilot training needs in the Middle East,” says CAE group president Nick Leontidis. “In collaboration with ADA, this programme highlights our dedication to providing aircraft operators with the most comprehensive training solutions.”

ADA currently operates two CAE-built FFSs for the Leonardo AW139 and Bell 412, and has two CAE-built systems on order, including the new ERJ145.
