Booking platform Stratajet has secured investment to the value of five million USD for the continued development of its online and offline brokerage product. The company has also announced that this month it will embark on an airborne marketing roadshow, with the aim of reaching out to a range of charter operators and FBOs to promote the benefits of its technology.
In a project dubbed 'Operation Longreach', the Stratajet team will travel in its own aircraft to a number of European airfields.
One operator who has already signed up is director of Bristol-based Centreline Air Charter Phil Brockwell. He says: “Stratajet appears to be the only platform backed by the tech-nology to produce instant, bookable quotations. Using the data delivered by the Stratajet system presents us with an array of additional tools, which we think are very exciting.”
Statajet md Jonathan Nicol adds: “Receiving this investment proves that the last four years of striving to perfect the technology has been worth it. We have been given full recognition that Stratajet is not just another online solution.”
